2021-2025

Bonboarding

Solo Founder

My most ambitious project. I saw product teams struggling to create engaging onboarding experiences, so I built Bonboarding: a platform that let them create beautiful, interactive walkthroughs without needing developers.

Built and bootstrapped everything from scratch as a solo founder. The web platform, browser extension, visual editor, analytics dashboard. Scaled to 100+ B2B customers, showing over 300K product tours to their end users. Got into AWS Loft Accelerator along the way.

After years of building it alone, I made the tough decision to close it down. It taught me more about entrepreneurship, resilience, and knowing when to move on than any success could have.

2016-2020

Recruitio

Co-founder & CTO

My first real startup. I co-founded Recruitio in Denmark to build a better talent sourcing tool and ATS for recruiters.
Just as we were getting started, I moved to Barcelona, so I built the entire platform remotely from Spain, figuring out how to turn recruiting workflows into software.

As we gained traction in the Scandinavian market, I built and led a distributed engineering team. Watching the platform grow to a prominent player in the Scandinavian HR space was incredible.

Eventually, I stepped back and exited to investors, ready for the next chapter.
